Instead of Showtime At The Apollo. Can I get a woot woot if you know what I'm talking about? :D

This necklace evolved so much along the way, but I feel it's only right to show what got it started in the first place ----> [link]

I'm so happy this one is done. I've been working on it since Aug, 07. Well, off & on anyway. I put it down after awhile because I was frustrated, & then recently picked it back up. This is the first time I've done something with more than one section to it. For those more advanced jewelry makers, this was a big thing for me. Lol! I couldn't get it right. The lengths just never matched the sides up. Anyway, it's done now, after re-doing it 5 different times, & 2 of the sections were re-done a few more times than that. I had to cut out a few things from the original in order to make it work.

The bone focal was much lighter in color. I added an antique finish to it, to match it with the other two wood beads that I painted & finished. I put the wire in the shells, which was NO easy task.

Thank you very much! I didn't know what to make of it at first. I knew I wanted the design of the sides to be unbalanced, but still.....

Ooooh, really, really liking this one! They aren't "my" kinds of colours but they work so well together! It'd be perfect for a funky, adventurous surfer girl type. Love the asymmetry and the DANGLES on each side (ya know how much I love dangles ;) :D)
